The TV personality, 35, and his personal trainer wife Heidi, 31, are expecting baby number four, according to?People.

The couple, who have three children ? Matix, 8, and Marley, 6, from Heidi?s previous relationship, and 2-year-old Cash, their first child together ? are almost as excited as their kids to add a new baby into the mix.

?Cash can?t wait for his chance to be a big brother!? the pair announced.

As for how they?re planning to handle another round of middle-of-the night feedings and diapers to change, the couple says they welcome the challenge with open arms.
