Healthy 4th of July BBQ Recipes from Celebrity Trainer Heidi Powell - Learn more at https://heidipowell.net/2416

As Elizabeth Street says, “Heidi Powell shares some healthier all-American food recipes for your holiday party! We?ve been so good, exercised diligently, and generally followed Heidi Powell’s orders for healthy living. So do we really want to blow it in one day for the sake of some nitrate-infested hot dogs and mayo-drenched potato salad? Kinda. But the least we can do is balance out the grease with some healthy options!

Don?t worry?we?re not telling you to hand out celery sticks at your Fourth of July BBQ. But there are some wholesome dishes that you can serve without compromising on the delicious factor and all-American food traditions. You can still serve cornbread and cupcakes; just let your guests make the final decisions!”

  1. Looks so good and great way to entertain everyone and stick to your plan. No one would know it was actually healthy for them

  2. Love all the recipes but the deviled eggs sound great because I always overeat those beautiful creations:)

  3. Hey! Thanks so much for the BBQ ideas! My Fianc? and I are having an activity filled BBQ for our engagement party instead of a sit down food fest. You are such an amazing inspiration running a family, helping so many people, being away from your husband so much out of the year. Please don’t ever think your sacrifices don’t go unnoticed and you have done wonders for the people on Chris’ shows! keep up the great work

  4. This food looks amazing. You and your husband are great examples for people to follow. Putting this kind of food online is awesome. It allows us to get a great idea for something new to try. The typical fatty BBQ can’t happen anymore and with food like this it is easier to change.

  5. It’s nice ot know that I have options! I can still enjoy a bbq without it overtaking my progress!
