hey Heidi and Chris I will be honest I have no fancy degree but I have been in the overweight miserable shoes and I know personally how challenging the change can be and how mentally grueling it can be, but I also know what a blessing it is! I knew 3 months into my journey it was worth it when my at that time 8 year old looked at me at church put her arms around me and had tears in her eyes and said ” shay shay look I can actually fit my arms around you!” I now strive to help others have that same feeling I felt that day of overwhelming joy. Choosing to be healthy and working is life changing and all it takes is one step! I cant thank you all enough for all that you have done to inspire me! id love to be part of your team to help others do the same! thank you!!! god bless!
