My (Not So) Secret Lip!

You asked, I’m sharing! The lip you see me sporting nearly every single day is a cinch! So easy, anyone could do it :). I must thank my good friend, Kayla, for this foolproof lip blend. Here goes:

Step 1: Line the outer edge of your lips with MAC Lip Pencil in Oak. I always line slightly outside of my actual lip line to create the appearance of a fuller lip. Is this right? I have no idea!! But I do it, and I like it!

Step 2: Inside the lined lip, dab on Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupte in 1 Nude Beige. A little bit of this goes a long way.

Step 3: Top lip with Sephora Ultra Shine Lip Gloss in 14 Shiny Natural Look. Rub lips together, and add a tad more gloss if you need for a finishing touch.

Voila!!! Your beautiful new lip color 🙂  PS. You can access these products easily through the images below.

    Hey Heidi, quick question: I want to lose some weight… I weigh 154.6 pounds and am 5’0″ tall, small to medium bone structure…I would like to take it off safely and effectively. I’m thinking that i can take off approximately 50 pounds with in a years time. How can i do that? I am thinking that i can lose 20 pounds in 1st 3 months, and 10 pounds every 3 months after that until I’ve reached my goal…Is that feasible? Thanks in advance! You rock!!!

    Q: i weigh about 170 n my husband is bout 270. Can you give us some pointers as to what to do to loose the weight. We start n stop all the time can you help please. We both work 10-12 hrs a day.
