Friday Favorites : Winter Workout Gear

FinalWinterFridayFaves

With winter in full swing, it’s time to trade in the those tanks and shorts for some warmer workout options. I’m sharing my top five favorite picks to stay warm, and keep comfy while you work on those New Year’s Resolutions!

1. Start Where You Are Sweater – A cozy, winter sweater and a perfect resolution reminder?! I’ll take it! This dreamy sweater is so soft and flexible you can wear it to the gym for a good sweat sesh, in the yoga studio for some relaxing stretching, or even throw it on for some comfy Sunday lounging. {Update: This sweater is no longer available, find a similar one here.}

2. Crossfit Fleece Full Zip Jacket?- It may not be the case in AZ, where I live, but word on the street is, it can get bitterly cold this time of year! Who wants to go for a run when it’s too cold to move?! This jacket is a god-send for all of my cold weather dwellers! Fully lined in fleece, this jacket keeps you warm and protected against even frigid temperatures, plus it’s flexible enough to move with your body. Perfect for a mean winter workout! {Update: This jacket is no longer available, find a similar one here.}

3. Reebok Stargazer Legging – This pant had me at hello – who wouldn’t fall in love with that print? Such a fun graphic to mix up the drab winter wear that usually hangs around this time of year. Not only do they look good, but their PlayDry material keeps sweaty leg syndrome at bay! I love the way these fit too, tight enough for high impact exercise, while still allowing me the range of motion I need. {Update: These leggings are no longer available, find similar ones here.}

4. Reebok One Cushion 2.0?- Guys, these shoes are one of the comfiest, most supportive shoes I’ve ever worn! The FoamFusion keeps my usually achy feet, feeling so amazing after a long run! These might just be the key to achieving my 2015 resolutions ;). {Update: These shoes are no longer available, find similar ones here.}

5. Reebok One Series Bra – Not necessarily a winter must-have, but definitely a year round necessity. A sports bra can make or break workout, but this beauty keeps me comfortable and secure no matter what the exercise. I adore the design, but it’s the double straps for support that keep me coming back for more. Wouldn’t do a workout without this bra again! {Update: This bra is no longer available, find a similar one here.}

Xoxo,

Heidi
