Meet The Powell Pack – Episode 1: Beginnings

A few years ago, Chris & I opened up our home to let cameras capture our crazy, hectic, beautiful, ?modern? family dynamic! We wanted to show that we’re real people, with real struggles, just trying to make a positive impact and help others transform their lives. Every Friday for the next 6 weeks, I’ll be doing a #FlashbackFriday, sharing a new episode of Meet The Powell Pack to give you a better glimpse into what we are, who we are, and where it all began! I hope you enjoy taking a look back as much as I do!

I can’t believe how little Cash was…or how incomplete life was without Miss Ruby! I love looking back on the beginning years of the Powell Pack – what did YOU think of the episode?! Share your thoughts in the comments below!

Xoxo,

Heidi

  1. Love this—with all the craziness of “reality TV” families, it is refreshing to see the Powell Pack helping others, balancing family and work and showing their littles the power of positivity and kindness. My husband and I have been encouraged by your family to model better eating and exercise habits to our kids (5 and 2). Keep up the good work!

  2. What a blessing you all are to the world. I love your show, and it’s so cool to watch these video snipets of your life with your kids. May your journey continue….

  3. I think it’s awesome how you both work so hard together to help others that just want to give up. I live in Peoria, AZ and have been trying to help my daughter for 3 years to keep her motivation up to loose weight. It’s difficult, and I don’t know how you do it without them becoming depressed and giving up. I think she’s tried every diet out there. Now I think she’s just caving in and accepting that she will be forever overweight. SAD!
To top it all off it’s been just 2 years now that she lost her husband. He’s a fallen phoenix police officer who was killed in the line of duty and now its just her and my granddaughter and she struggles with hating her life now. (if you live here, you probably saw my granddaughters kindergarten graduation all over the news, 3 days after he was killed and 300 officers showed up for it because her daddy couldn’t.)
She’s about 60lbs overweight and has PCOS (poly cystic ovarian
syndrome) if you think you can help her or help me help her I would really appreciate it.
I really want her to find happiness again and have the confidence she used to have.

    1. Hi Vicky: Thank you for sharing your daughter’s story with us, and we can’t imagine how difficult this has been for all of you. Chris and Heidi aren’t taking on clients, but they’ve provided some amazing tools for all of us to use to achieve our transformation goals. Check out their carb cycling program in their book, “Choose More, Lose More for Life.” The book contains their complete nutrition and exercise program, and it’s the same one they use on the show. It will teach your daughter everything she needs to know and do to achieve her own transformation! Learn all about it here: https://heidipowell.net/9060/how-to-begin-your-transformation-journey-step-by-step/. We truly wish her the best – she can do this!

  4. Awww! I love getting glimpses into the sides of Heidi and Chris that we don’t see on the show.

It’s a real gift when a family can work together doing something for which they have a true passion.

What a physically beautiful and genuinely caring family!

  5. Hey Heidi, Just thought you should know that only the ad is playing. The video doesn’t seem to be uploaded! Looking forward to seeing it!
