Dress for Less: My Fave Sunglasses!

It only takes a quick scroll through my Instagram or Facebook feed to see that I am absolutely addicted to sunglasses! My current favorites are these amazing Tiffany & Co. Bow Aviator glasses that Chris got me for my birthday this year! I love the way they fit, they’re so cute, and a classic style I know I’ll love for years. Coming in at over $300+ though, I know the hefty price tag isn’t worth the investment for everybody. Luckily, I found this adorable look alike pair from ASOS for only $22! Such a steal! Same look, for less!

    Hi! I am a huge fan! I am looking to start the turbo cycle again to shed 10lbs. I am looking for some new food ideas! what protein bars do you recommend for high carb days? also, what granola do you recommend? thanks!

      For protein bars for both low and high carbs days, the key to knowing which bar is best for which type of meal is to look at both the carb and fat content. If more calories come from fat than carbs, then that bar is a good option for a low carb meal. If the reverse is true, then that bar is a good option for a high carb meal. Chris and Heidi do recommend consuming only one protein bar a day, since it is best to eat whole foods whenever possible. As far as granola goes, they recommend low fat types without nuts for high carb meals/snacks, and watch the portion sizes because some granolas can be pretty high in calories. Good luck!
