My Bikini Booty Mission: Featured @ Women?s Health Mag?s “Well-Thy Home”

?A weekend in the Hamptons? was something I had only heard of and dreamed of someday doing. Thanks to Women?s Health Magazine and Domino Magazine, this dream came true last weekend, and I must admit that my expectations were far exceeded. Not only are the beaches beautiful, but the quaint little town is quite cozy?it is truly a breathtaking experience when you put it altogether.

No doubt, this was the perfect location for Women?s Health and Domino magazines? “Well-Thy Home” event, which aimed to promote a healthy lifestyle by selecting an all star lineup of experts to share their wisdom. Think yoga with Mandy Ingber, cooking and nutrition with Keri Glassman, farm-to-table talk and recipes with Greg Frey Jr, and the list goes on. I was honored to be amongst these incredible experts, and had so much fun in the sun leading 50 women (poolside, may I add) through my Bikini Booty Mission! The burn was great, and all booties were looking lifted and firm that night at the Party Under the Stars ;). #MissionAccomplished

Now, I wouldn?t be a good friend if I didn?t share this mission with you all, right?? Right. This baby will boost, sculpt, and lift those buns of yours, totally making ?pancake butt? a thing of the past!!!! Who?s in?? Let?s get started?

“Bikini Booty” Missions

First, grab a partner! Everything is more fun when you get to enjoy some “shared suffering”?not to mention you have some encouragement.

Mission #1
3 Rounds of the following:
Partner 1 must complete 15 Curtsy Lunges (each leg) while:
Partner 2 holds a Plank.
Once partner one is done with the Lunges, partner 2 begins to Lunge while partner 1 Planks.

Standard: Back knee must touch the ground.

Each partner will end up doing 45 Curtsy Lunges on each leg (90 total), and will hold a plank 3 times.

While maintaining proper form, complete this mission as quickly as possible. Record your time.

Mission #2
3 Rounds of the following:
Partner 1 must complete 15 Single Leg Hip Ups (each leg) while:
Partner 2 does Mountain Climbers.
Once partner 1 is done with the Hip Ups, partner 2 will begin Hip Ups, and partner 1 will begin Mountain Climbers.

Standard: Butt touch ground / hips fully extend.

Each partner will end up doing 45 Single Leg Hip Ups on each leg (90 total), and will perform 3 sets of Mountain Climbers.

While maintaining proper form, complete this mission as quickly as possible. Record your time.

Mission #3
3 Rounds of the following:
Partner 1 must complete 15 Sumo Squats while:
Partner 2 does Burpees.
Once partner 1 is done with Sumo Squats, partner 2 will begin Sumo Squats while partner 1 begins Burpees.

Standard: Knees must reach 90 (but stay in pain free range of motion)

Each partner will end up doing 45 Sumo Squats, and will perform 3 sets of Burpees.

While maintaining proper form, complete this mission as quickly as possible. Record your time and have fun sculpting your body!

  1. Hi, I’m 60 and just moved here from Illinois. Having a hard time finding a exercise program. I’m not overweight but now haven’t gotten into a exercise routine. New job and not used to the heat . I’m a female 51/2 and weigh 110 but my muscle mass is gone. Had two left shoulder surgery 2years ago and cervical fusion . I need advice what to do here

And please discuss their program with your healthcare team first, and then follow any modifications they recommend. You can do this!

  2. I’m not sure where to direct this question, but is the bode line of shakes, burn drink, and rest drink a healthy option for nursing mothers?
