Powell Pack Workout of the Day

The Powell Pack’s workout of the day! You’ll need no more than 30 minutes from warm up to cool down. You can do this workout almost anywhere :). Grab your workout buddy and give this a try!

Warm up:

400 meter run

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 toes to bar (can substitute with swing ups/sit ups)
10 push ups
15 walking lunges, weighted – 20 lbs each hand?women. 35 lbs each hand men. (Can substitute with non-weighted walking lunges)

Cool Down:

400 meter run
Stretch

    1. I found toes to bar on You Tube…however, I can’t figure out what swing up/sit ups are. Please help. 🙂

    Can you please help me to get to the extreme weight show, only if you can I will so so happy, perhaps I will the first Indian person on that show, but if you can’t then don’t worry, I will be fine. I need help is because I am there for my husband to take care of him with a heart condition and my mother who has diabetes…Please HELP ME only if you can,,,by the way you have a beautiful family…thanks for reading my message to you…God bless!
