  4. Hi i’ve been watching the episodes of Extreme Weightloss im 15 years old and after watching judith transform with your guys’s help, she reduced alot of weight. I would want my self to loose weight as well, idk what to do i would want to loss atleast 80 lbs. I would really want to be the person who can run long distance and able to do everything i want. Even though I push my self, the next morning i would be sitting down again and eating junk foods. I tried lossing weight before and i did loss atleast 20lbs and now I weighted more than i used to. Everytime someone call me “fat” i would feel ashamed specially when some of my Uncles and Aunties would say “oh you gained soo much weight aren’t u going to loose again?” I would feel soo ashamed and lonely but i would still ignore it, i want to be like other girls who could wear anything they want and don’t feel ashamed when they wear their clothes. And when i try to loose weight i would do it incorrectly and gain, im currently 4’ll and 180 lbs

    1. Hi Rhea: I’m so sorry you’re having such a difficult time! It is so difficult to be a teen these days! You are constantly bombarded with images and advice on how and what you should do and be and look like, and most are very unrealistic. In this post, she offers lots of helpful suggestions for both teens and those with teens in their lives, and I hope you can find some ideas that will help you develop healthy habits that will benefit you your entire life!   5. I have been.. no really my entire family had been watching Extreme Weight loss since the beginning, it’s a family event at our house. I can not tell you how excited I was a few seasons back when Heidi did a guest appearance and I saw that not only was Chris dedicated to health and fitness, it was something he and his wife were passionate about!
    This season I am absolutely LOVING Heidi’s role, I too am a mom of 4 young children. I work as a Hospice nurse and see every day the importance of LIVING. You two are such an inspiration to my whole family. I am currently about 100 lbs overweight. Every time my husband and I sit and cuddle on the couch (one of the ONLY “dates” we get) and watch EWL we are always in awe of your passion for life and say WE NEED to be like them! Thank you!!
