Perfectly Imperfect, the Series: Guest Blogger – Whippy Cake!

I am so excited to finally be launching the Perfectly Imperfect Series! This is a message that is so near and dear to my heart, and through reader emails and comments, I?ve found it?s something that so many of you are passionate about too. We have so many amazing guest bloggers sharing in the next few months, and I know that each and every one of them has a unique perspective about what Perfectly Imperfect means to them that we can all learn from and be inspired by.

I am thrilled to be kicking off our series of guests with one of my all-time favorite bloggers and dear friend, Becki, or as you may know her, Whippy Cake! Guys, be ready with your eyes wide and ears open – this pretty lady has learned so much from her 12+ years of experience in the beauty industry that I am certain she will inspire and uplift you as much as she has me. Enjoy!

Here is the link to learn more about Becki?s self-improvement series, “Hello You”. Perfectly Imperfect shirts are for sale from here AND are now available in extended sizes, so snag a shirt and join the movement!

Xoxo,
Heidi

  1. This is incredibly helpful. As someone who battles with a family full of negativity and being in my blood to always see the negative in everything this is incredibly helpful and inspiring to continue to try and change the way i think feel and act towards others. I love the part she says to be the person who makes others feel good about themselves. I would love to be that person and I am going to work hard on it.

  2. You and your husband are two of the best fitness “guides” I have ever seen. Yall are tough, honest and rral. You have never bullied someone just gave tough love. By honoring all of our perfect imperfections you are just adding to your resume of amazingness!

  3. Awesome! Thanks for doing this!
    It’s a fantastic message!
You should ask Glennon Melton Doyle from the blog Momastery. She is Ah-Maz-ing!! She would be perfect for this!

  4. For me the most perfect human, is one who knows he’s not perfect
    Because no one is perfect
And thank you Heidi, that Who you bring As the first guest , is Becki
Keep up to host more such amazing people in your blog
And the things she spoke so true
The problem that we do not mention them to ourselves all the time
And we’re going along with everyone else on the road called “do not think”
    Thank you
    And lots of love
    Joey

  5. Thank you to Heidi and Whippy Cake for this video blog. Thank you for being real, being human, and being ok with imperfection. This is something that is so easy to say to others but not so easy to allow in ourselves. It is a breath of fresh air to see wonderful women like you both be candid and sincere. I cannot begin to explain how much it helps. Please keep the videos coming and know that as much as you are lifting others up and encouraging, We too out here are praying for you and cheering you on as well. How beautiful the world is when we can all be who God created us to be and stop trying to be something we are not. There is so much freedom in that.

    Blessings and love
