If you have access to a bench or dumbbells, great. If not, you can do everything without any gym equipment.

Yes! The exercises can be scaled up or down based on where you are starting from.

Nope! I’ll give you a few tips to help you get going, but it doesn’t require any special diets. 

You will feel confident in yourself! You’ll be surprised at how great you feel after just 5 days. This challenge is designed to give you the momentum to take the next step.

At the end of the challenge I’ll let you know about some other programs you can participate in if you want to keep going!
