If I have a Tonal at home gym, do I choose the gym workout program or the at home? 

Sounds like you have the best of both worlds! We recommend using both the gym program AND the at home program. It's easy to flip back and forth.

Follow the gym program as much as you can with the tonal so you can take advantage of the cables. When you come across a move inside of the gym program you cannot do on the Tonal (example: Lying hamstring curls), then find a hamstring movement from the at home program, such as the Lying Hamstring Sliders!

Should I join the challenge if I already have the Transform App? 

Absolutely! The 60-Day Challenge and the Transform App are two different, yet complimentary tools. While the app features some of our incredible programs from over the last 4 years, it is created to act as an automated tool to help people through transformation over a long period of time. Chris Doxsey is a NASM Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Exercise Coach,  CrossFit Certified Level 1 Trainer, Transformation Coach and Firefighter! He has a B.S. from Thomas More College and has helped hundreds of people  overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. For over 20 years, he has  provided the support, coaching, and the direction necessary for his clients to  take action and conquer hard things, whether that means increased physical  function, or shedding 20 to 100+ pounds. Leading teams of personal trainers  and nutrition coaches, Chris has helped the Phoenix area lose over 80,000  pounds collectively.
Valerie Knight is a former educator and was awarded her school’s Teacher of the Year in 2019 and Florida High Impact Teacher for the state in 2018 and 2019. She left teaching to pursue an opportunity to coach people in transformation as a certified NASM Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Exercise Coach. Sabrina is based in sunny Florida and enjoys spending time at the beach as well as all the local theme parks Central Florida offers. During her time at the YMCA, she specialized in Active Aging, as well as, the Healthy Living Program which provides guidance, exercise and support for people living with chronic health conditions. Kathy has a passion for helping people live their best lives, through intentional movement, accountability, behaviour change and fun! Kathy has participated in all Get Fit Challenges and is known for her Friday dance parties. She is a mother to two daughters, wife and friend. 
Certified Precision Nutrition Exercise Coach and fitness enthusiast. She began her own fitness journey 8 years ago and during that time went from being the photographer on the sidelines of her family's adventures to becoming an active participant in many different adventures, hiking, kayaking and finishing her first Rugged Maniac Race. All this led her to fall in love with the process of physical and behavioral transformation. Since experiencing life-changing success herself, she is now dedicated to helping others achieve their own success. For over two years she has worked closely with Coach Doxsey as a client-turned-coach and brings with her a deep understanding of the client perspective. She is also an entrepreneur and businesswomen who has guided hundreds of others to start and run their own successful businesses.  She is a wife and mom of two grown boys, she loves the outdoors, travel and photography.
Sabrina Kidd is one of your Get Fit Community Managers and Accountability Coaches. She holds an NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer certifications. She enjoys working out and running is her favorite cardio, having completed multiple marathons and half marathons across the country. Sabrina is based in sunny Florida and enjoys spending time at the beach as well as all the local theme parks Central Florida offers. When she is not working out or helping others along in their journey, Sabrina enjoys spending time with her friends and family and her two dogs, Brody and Mr. Fluffy. 
Chef David Rushing is an Executive Chef with over 20 years of professional cooking experience. His extensive culinary skills have led him around the globe, cooking for former presidents, prime ministers and other royal dignitaries. His passion for cooking combined with his own personal experience with physical transformation as a contestant on ABC’s Extreme Weight Loss, has made him one of the most sought after “healthy chefs” on the planet.

For the first 3 weeks of the program, we will be repeating the same movements in our core and strength work. 

From week to week, we will add more time or more repetitions to each movement. Our goal is to build you a foundation in these movements before adding more variation.
