I am super happy that my book arrived. I have spent the last hour listening to some of the videos and working on the worksheets. In some weird way I feel a bit of heaviness release from my chest because I have taken a step to start working on myself. I am excited to know with some hard work I am starting to achieve my goals. Through my power promises so far I have shown myself that I am very capable of showing up for myself. I am important too.
