Congrats to Mer Bear!

[slideshow_deploy id=’2027′]

What a year it?s been, huh? And for some crazy reason, I feel like we?re still going! It?s because we are ? you killed it this year, Meredith, and hit the goal you always knew you would. You weighed in at 155. But your journey is far from over!

Up next for us? Surgery, recovery, and (the most difficult part) maintenance.

You can do this, and you will do this. If anyone has shown us what hard work and patience looks like, it is you. Over the course of some pretty huge life challenges this last year (and the many years before), you exemplified these two virtues.

When we said ?jump? you asked ?how high? ? when we said ?not now for surgery? you said ?I understand? and you were only driven to work harder. Your trust in our process was pretty incredible.

Your openness with your personal struggles urges me to be the same way.

You are a beautiful woman, Meredith. I am a lucky girl to be able to call you a friend. AZ won?t be the same without you ;).

Love,

Heidi

  1. Thank you Heidi (& Chris) for taking such great care of our Mere (Bear). You guys saved her life, and her family (I’m her aunt) love you for it! You guys are awesome!

  2. I would like to know what is the best way to get through that mental barrier when working out. I live in Arizona and find it very hard to continue to workout in the heat. I just cant seem to handle it.

  3. What an amazing transformation and an inspiration for so many of us who are struggling! God bless as you continue your journey, Meredith and God bless you and your family, Heidi!

  4. Meredith is beyond inspiring. As a female who has struggled with her weight myself, I saw so much of my struggle in her struggle. I recently started running and watching Meredith not give up with a torn meniscus, which I have had and know how painful it is, is beyond inspiring. Watching Chris and Heidi work with her inspires me to continue on my journey and to be inspired to become a personal trainer. Thank you for working with each one of your clients.

  5. what a wonderful transformation she worked so hard for… and the best part was her transformation of acceptance and confidence! Great job.. thanks for helping her in her inspirational transformation!
