  2. Hi Heidi – Thanks for the tips. I have really been thinking about this topic a lot lately. If I may make a suggestion, the music is a bit loud and distracting while you’re talking. It’s nice at the beginning and the end of the video, but while you’re talking, it was a bit much. Thanks for all of your help and encouragement 🙂

Thank you for the information…ive been wearing one piece swimsuites to help hold stuff in because ive lost a lot of weight and the loose skin actually causes great pain when it “jiggles”. i feel gross and in pain without something to hold it in. maybe this will help till i get my dream removal.

  4. Does the compression gear help with things like rashes and skin tears? I’ve lost 180 pounds so far (from 340 to 160) and it’s getting pretty difficult to exercise with all of this loose skin hanging around. I’m so afraid of my skin ripping that I can’t exercise with the intensity I need to be exercising at to hit my fitness goals.
