1. Do a standing back tuck again. It’s been 16 years since I have attempted one!!!!
2. Squat 2x my body weight
3. Compete in a CrossFit competition
4. Do a Ragnar Relay
5. Complete a Spartan Beast (1/2 marathon with some INSANE obstacles, uphill!!)
6. Swim with the dolphins
7. Learn how to surf
8. Complete a physical challenge at all 7 of the Natural Wonders of the World (pushing for this in season 5!!)
