  1. I sometimes forget to get in the proper amount of drinks and end up so thirsty later at night.. Great post and going to try to drink more.

  4. I am a little dismayed at the comments made about the need to stay hydrated. I like this post because it is just anorexic reminder that we need to stay hydrated. It also reminds us that the best way to do so is plain water.
