Our best ?Chris? and ?Heidi? impersonations!

It seems like whenever we get together to record videos, we get a lot more footage of us being silly than anything else. Some of the outtakes I think are just a little too funny to keep to myself, like this clip of Chris and I doing our best job to impersonate each other. Oh my gosh, guys, I was laughing so much that day! I have to say, I was the teeniest bit nervous about how Chris would portray me, but it’s no surprise this guy knows how to tread lightly and say just the right thing. Happy wife, happy life, right hubs?! You gotta’ watch the full video to see what I mean. I hope you guys have a laugh with me as we laugh at ourselves a little in this video.

    First, I wanna say i love you guys and I’m such a huge fan.
    Second, I have a question. When your a person working two full time jobs, and maintaining a home etc. how does one diet and excersize? I mean, I have tried to diet so many times but with being on the go non-stop I don’t have the time to eat as much as I probbaly should and when I do its got to be fast so I wind up finding myself at McDonald’s or Wendy’s etc. Is there any diets that you would suggest? I just went to my physician and he says I’m about 95-100lbs over weight. I’m 5’2 and 220lbs. Thanks :’/

Here’s a great tip: Check out Chris and Heidi’s carb cycling program in their book, “Choose More, Lose More for Life.” The book contains their complete nutrition and exercise program, and it’s the same one they use on the show.       I am right there with you. What I do I grab some healthy snacks like 2 apples, protein bars, and some healthy nuts like pistachios. I have made my own small snacks throughout the day each morning. Saves money and prevents fast food stops. I have turkey, cheese, and wheat multi grain crackers. I make my self when I get home walk around my apartment complex for 30 mins.
      So it’s something before I go to bed. This has helped me and slowly lose weight. Try it and you may get the results slowly. Also your doctor recommendation where your suppose to be in weight depends on your body type and not the weight. Hope this helps!

  3. I wish I ever met one that fit to me perfectly! I can rely on, trust! Or do not hope anymore.. cause disappointments hurt especially when you don?t expect it at all and give all your heart.
