  1. My goal is to run a marathon in 2015. I already have a Spartan Trifecta & half marathon planned for 2015, training for a full marathon feels like a great way to stay on top of my fitness & weight loss goals!

  2. Looking fwd to continuing my “road to fitter/healthier lifestyle” staying positive, eating quality food & inspiring others around me, which helps keep me motivated in a big way. I have fallen in love with CrossFit & My box….Hoping To Rx More, I really want that doubleunder! And also to become a better, more efficient runner.

  3. My 2015 fitness goal is to continue to work toward my 120 pound weightloss goal. I have been struggling with this goal and work a night desk job that is 12hrs a day 7days a week every other week. I work alone for most of that time and tend to have a lot of spare time with nothing to do so I recently started doing work out videos at work and keep a healthy supply of meals and snacks in our refrigerator at all times!

Aside from the weightloss goal I am working on becoming happier with myself and become a more confident person. 🙂

  4. My fitness goal for 2015 is to get under 200 lbs…I am at 265 right now and have been for a while. Too many meds plus a heart stent for a 37 year old…

  5. Came out to Mt. Rose to do some skiing today. I work 10 hour days behind computers in a cubicle. Sadly, today I realized what a sedentary lifestyle I have fallen into. I achieve my ten thousand steps a day on my fitbit each day but cardio and strength training is a minimum. boy was I shocked at how taxing and hard skiing was today. I gave up, I quit one hour into skiing. Many things need to change, this is step one.

  6. I admire you both, for many reasons! I am a two time breast cancer survivor, who no matter what, can always see the positive and good in everything. This past September, I had to have total knee replacement surgery at the age of 38. It has been a challenge, but I am getting stronger each and every day. After turning 39 in the end of December, my goal is to get into the best shape of my life by the time I turn 40. I want to be the example of healthy for my family and friends. Thanks, for all that you guys do, to help keep us all motivated! Hugs

  7. My 2015 fitness goals are to finish recovering from plantar fasciitis, start running again, improve my overall fitness, do a second Mudderella and my first Tough Mudder along with other races.

  8. To stop the self sabotage and finally let myself succeed at my fitness goals. I refuse to continue to be afraid is succeeding.

  9. My 2015 goal is to start believing in myself. I give up on myself too easy. This year will be my year for building myself up and taking steps forward instead of backwards. I will lose weight, I will be healthy!
