  2. Working on my health and fitness with my 14 year old daughter so we can spend time together getting healthy an feeling good about our bodies

  3. I’m already in the process of trying to lose weight. But who doesn’t need help. I know I do. It gets hard some days and many temptations are every where. I’m determined to get back to my healthy self. I want to thank you both for all the encouragement you give to me. Just reading your blog or the posts on Facebook or Twitter it’s such a blessing!

  4. My fitness goal is to strengthen my core and be able to do a 5-minute plank. I also want to be strong enough to do pull-ups.

  5. My goal for 2015 is to try clean eating/the paleo diet, go to Jazzersize at least 3 days a week, and lose 15 pounds!

  6. I have a 7 month old and did Crossfit throughout my whole pregnancy but now that I have had her; it has been so hard to make time for myself to get into the gym. So my 2015 goal is to get back into the gym at least 3x/week.
