I’m already in the process of trying to lose weight. But who doesn’t need help. I know I do. It gets hard some days and many temptations are every where. I’m determined to get back to my healthy self. I want to thank you both for all the encouragement you give to me. Just reading your blog or the posts on Facebook or Twitter it’s such a blessing!
My fitness goal is to strengthen my core and be able to do a 5-minute plank. I also want to be strong enough to do pull-ups.

I have a 7 month old and did Crossfit throughout my whole pregnancy but now that I have had her; it has been so hard to make time for myself to get into the gym. So my 2015 goal is to get back into the gym at least 3x/week.
