  1. My goal is to somehow get this weight off. 2015 has to be the year. I’ll be 60 at the end of December. This has gone on for far too long and need any help I can get. I love you Heidi and Chris. What an amazing couple to be able to do this for your fans.

  2. I have been on my weight loss journey for the past 15 months and getting closer and closer to my goal weight. I just need to lose my last 35 pounds. My fitness goals are to keep toning while slimming and I’m training to be able to jog my first 10k, which I have never done before ever! I hated running before I started on this incredible journey, but now have come to love it. I’m doing things now that I never could do as a kid :). Thanks for all your love and support! Carb cycling totally rocks!

  3. My fitness goals for 2015 are to get back into crossfit after having baby # 2. She is only 6 wks old so I’d love to get firm again and lose the flappiness 🙂 Most importantly of all is to set a good example, for my 2 daughters, on how to be happy and healthy.

  5. For 2015 my goal is to run my first 5k (minimum). I had flat feet so running was never the best option for me. I had countless stress fractures from my attempts. So last year I had reconstructive foot surgery to creat arches. Unfortunately, the surgery was unsuccessful and October of this year I had additional surgeries to correct my flat feet. I’m hoping to be released for working out very soon to take on my fitness goals for 2015 head first!
