HI! My goal for 2015 is to be a better example for my 9 yr old daughter. I’ve noticed she’s picked up some of my bad snacking habits and has put on a few pounds. I need to change now before it gets too hard for her to overcome. We are blessed as a family to have natural athletic abilities. We just don’t focus on them at the moment. Looking forward to a very active 2015!!!! You guys continue to be an inspiration! Thank you!
We have started a weight loss challenge at work. So far I’ve lost 17lbs in 7 weeks! I have one year old twin boys that keep me busy. My 2015 fitness goals are to continue to do my very best at my work’s weight loss challenge and commit more time to exercise while still balancing precious time with my boys and husband. I also want to learn to eat healthier and get back into running. Our family loves you Heidi and Chris!
I need to start to focus on weight loss and fitness in 2015! Have to! If I don’t I have the filing I won’t live long enough to enjoy my kids and grandkids. I just need motivation and help to get there, where to start, what to eat, and how to keep going. I want this so bad, I need this so bad!!
My 2015 health and fitness goal is to lose 105 pounds, train for a marathon and to get fit and healthy. I want to transform my life and encourage those in my life on the way.
In 2014 I have been able to shed 80 pounds. In 2015 I would love to get rid of 70 more. I now work out 6 days a week. Mostly from home. Videos and a stationary bike. I enjoy doing 30 day challenges. I would love to work up my stamina to run more. I can just walk/jog now. I believe your gifts set could add a little encouragement to keep the motivation going.
I want to hit the 100 pounds lost mark and become a personal trainer/Zumba coach! I want to be able to run a race with my son as well:)
My 2015 fitness goal is to keep working hard and taking care of my knee injury (respecting my body and my limits). I’m only 24 and I want to stay strong and healthy for a long long time 🙂 Muchooo mucho love from Montreal, you guys inspire me so much!
My goal is not a number or date but to simply become healthier and make better food and exercise choices.
I want to get more toned and defined and keep up with my running to push myself harder to do some races and get stronger, leaner and more confident:) Thanks for the inspiration!!
My Goal for 2015 is to prove to myself and others that you don’t have to have allot of money and a gym membership to make your goals. And I am going to lose 35% of my body wight by this time next year. And I wont be doing it alone. Because of my bad choices my son is also unhealthy for being 12 yrs old. My parents made bad choices that led me on my journey to bad health and this is me breaking that chain this next year and starting a journey of health that I hope continues through my kids and grandchildren.
