  2. My goal is to lose 100 pounds I’m tired of being the fat girl. I want to change my lifestyle. I’m tired of people saying oh you can’t have that ur on a diet. I also plan on exercising more

  3. My 2015 goal is to finish what I started. I’ve lost 45 pounds and have 120 more to go. I’m recently divorced with a 4 year old and there is way too many adventures to have and being more fit I could do more with her. She works out with me and keeps me accountable too. (Should seriously see her face) This would help out!

  4. Now that both fascias have torn and are on the mend from PF…. I am soooo ready to get my walking program rolling and get this weight OFF once and got all.

  5. My goal is to be healthy and as pain free as possible. After 3 surgeries in one year my body is run down and I have no energy. I want to walk in a 5k like I did before the surgeries started.

  6. My goal is to continue my strength training in hopes of alleviating the chronic hip and back pain and to lose 25 pounds.

  7. i just ordered your book and I’m so excited to start eating clean when I get the book tomorrow. I have no problem exercising. In fact, I’m running a 1/2 marathon on Sunday. However, I struggle daily with eating. I’m about 30lbs overweight and hope to conquer my poor relationship with food. Wish me luck! And I would love to win any of your gifts. Love, michele

  8. I’m looking forward to getting double unders and pull ups. I also want to run a couple of races, including at least one half marathon. I just need to figure out a good balance between crossfit and distance running.

  9. I’m a huge fan of both of you on the EWL shows for sure. I’m a strong believer in the carb cycling as well. My 2015 goal is to continue carb cycling and would like to lose another 15 to 20 pounds too. Plus push myself to getting into a routine at my gym more frequently.
