Go to workout class 3 times a week.
Just watching you talk about the items in the basket with us gets me more motivated!!! I lost 40 pounds in 3&1/2 months!!! Went on a family vacation and got out of my daily routine some. Still continue to maintain my weight and still eating pretty healthy. I still want to lose 40 more pounds, and continue to tone up!!! The items in this basket would be perfect tools to help me get there.
I want to lose 40 lbs as well. What type of things did you do to help you get that far so quickly?
I want to be able to do strict pull ups and handstand Push-ups.
Awesome goal- I’m with you! Almost to pull-ups but I’m letting the handstand part intimidate me. I will be thinking of you. We can both do it!!
My 2015 goal is to give myself the “me” time that I desperately need as a mom to work on myself (physically and mentally).
My goal for 2014 is to not to lose weight, but rather to gain fitness. I am in my mid twenties, with the guy of my dreams, and I know I will want to start a family in the near-ish future. I want to be strong not only for myself, but for my family. I want the energy I used to have when I was younger before school and studying trapped me in a chair for hours on end. I want to begin the home run stretch of my life (marriage, kids, career) the strongest, healthiest, and happiest I can be!
My fitness goal for 2015 is to figure out how to get a fitness routine back in to my day. I just delivered identical triplet boys and have a five yo son so I’m busy and need help with creating a fitness regime that fits into my busy day. Thanks and happy holidays.
For 2015 I would like to participate in a 10K (it’s been 14 years since my last 10K!), and get leaner/fitter.
