My goal is to lose 50 pounds and to improve my nutrition. I want to be in better health now that I have faced breast cancer. I would like the 2nd half of my life to be healthier than the first half!
My 2015.fitness goal is to continue working out and making our eating habits healthier for my husband and i, as well as our two babies! I work out at least an hour every day while my boys nap, but our diet isn’t the best, so that’s next up on the list of things to tackle and revamp!
I have a simple goal. I want to prepare and run for a ranger trail relay and I want to be able to play thanksgiving football without hurting.
My goal for 2015 is to work on loving my body while creating was to change it towards a healthier me.
My 2014 goals are to continue to workout and be healthy. I hope to be more consistent at healthy meals, meal planning, and going to the gym. I have learned that all of these things make me a happier person just need to work on the consistency. I also want to train for my first either half or full marathon in April that is in my hometown. I want to mix things up with different workouts and branch out to try things like yoga, crossfit, and some classes at my local gym. Most of all, my goals are to better myself.
My 2015 goal is to lose triple the weight that I lost this year. I lost 25 pounds this last year and I am more than confident I can lose 75 pounds in 2015!
I’m so excited to eat better and tone up during 2015. I want to be confident in the skin I’m in!
I have high blood pressure & anxiety. I did your program for 3 months. I lost 15lbs, was in the best shape of my life, my high blood pressure was gone & so was my anxiety. Over time I fell back into my old ways & all my symptoms have returned. My husband leaves for basic training in December. My goal is to have dropped the weight I have gained back and be healthy/fit when he comes back in May!!! He deserves to have his healthy wife back 🙂
My 2015 goal is to simply push my limits. Challenge myself in new ways physically and to not let anything hold me back from reaching where I want to be. I am 17 years old and am graduating this year from high school. My plan is to go to ASU and get my major in Exercise and Wellness/ Nutrition. To do this, I have set a specific goal to be consistent with my exercise by exercising 4 days a week and to complete a 5k marathon within the year.?
My husband and I’s 2015 fitness goal is to run a 10k. It may not seem like a lot but to us it is. Back in April after watching EWL every week (we are addicted) we got in a health kick together and we did cardio and weights everyday. What started out as walking on the treadmill turned to running and eventually a competition (friendly) and now we actually enjoy running and eating healthy. Even with the holidays rolling around we are being mindful of what and how much we eat. On Thanksgiving for dessert at my husbands parents his mother asked us what we were on a diet for this time and my husbands reply was we aren’t on a diet we just want to be well for our health and I couldn’t have said it better myself. We are both down 20 pounds from April and feel great. I can’t wait for the next EWL so I can channel my inner Heidi and Chris while working out. Thank you for all that you both do you are truely an inspiration to so many! Happy holidays from the Hollands 🙂
