  1. My 2015 goals are to get to One-derland!, and to be active. But most importantly is to help myself so I can continue being better for my family!

  2. i started my diet 3 weeks ago with a loss of 1stone 1 1/2 lb so far just joined a gym I’m going to lose all my weight be heathy and fit not just for myself but for my wounderfull children I’ve given my self a year x and winning any of the prizes would be a gift and a bound

  3. My goal for 2015 is to lose 80 pounds. I have lost 90 ppounds since April of this year. I am feeling a lot better since I have lost 90 pounds. I used to have higher sugar levels, cholesterol, and blood pressure. All my levels are in the normal range. I don’t ever want to go back to where I was at. Which is why I want to continue on the path to me being a healthy weight!

  4. My 2015 goal is to lose 8% body fat by my wedding date March 22, 2015. I am not too worried about what the scale says since muscle weighs more than fat! I just started running and hope to run a full 5k in May ?

  5. My goal for 2015 is to lose weight and get my body healthy and ready for the baby we know God is going to bless us with, I know we have been struggling but I feel like 2015 will be our year.

  6. My 2015 fitness goal is just to continue getting better and better at movements….plus, consistency! Oh, and I want to get my first pull up this year!! 🙂
