My 2015 fitess goal is to continue to workout on a regular basis, add more strength training and try protein shakes. Merry Christmas!
My 2015 fitness goal is to build my endurance back up. I got a stress fracture on my spine and fractured my tail bone a couple months ago and it has been a long healing process. I know the more I train the stronger my back will become.
My goal is to lose 75 pounds and pray that helps me get pregnant been trying for 3 years.

My fitness goal for 2015 is to be able to run a 5k.
My health and fitness goals for 2015 are to continue what I started early in 2014. Being more careful with what I eat and being more active. I ran my first 5K and 10K in 2014 and have plans to run a half marathon in March 2015.
Trying to get back to my goal weight before I got sick 6 years ago and packed on weight for numerous reasons; side effect of medications, eating all the wrong foods, and not being able to do much physical activity due to the illness.
My goal in 2015 is to lose my last 10, become leaner and fit, run a half marathon and continue living a healthy lifestyle.
My 2015 goal is to feel confident in my own body by eating healthy, working out constantly, and running at least 50 miles a month.
To get back on the carb cycling bandwagon. I fell off and now I need more help than before..
