I want to run a 10k and have more energy to play with my toddler
my goal is to step up my workout routine. My sister is getting married in October and I have 100 lbs to lose. Been following your carb cycling plan with the Vemma bod-e products all on my own for 19 weeks now and lost 20lbs but I haven’t really worked out much. Hoping by stepping it up that the weight will just drop off! Been overweight my whole life so this truly is a transformation but I’m loving the journey so far.

My goal is to get back into the 100’s. Completed my first running 5K yesterday before the Thanksgiving feast!
My 2015 fitness goal is to FINALLY reach my goal weight, only 10 pounds away!
My 2015 goals are to lose a minimum of 15 pounds per month until I’ve lost 110 pounds. This has been one rough year. I was diagnosed this year alone with diabetes, high blood pressure and just recently cancer (liposarcoma) in my pelvis. I am desperate to get the weight off. I get mad at myself because I know I need to get the weight off but it’s just so dang hard. I watch your show everytime it’s on. Thinking maybe one day I will get up off my butt and do what I know needs to be done.
