  2. I am so looking forward to my own transformation. I haven’t found anything that works, but after watching Chris on Extreme Weight Loss, he has changed my views on life and exercising and dieting. I am so interested in what you two have to say. Why because it will help me in my goals and transformation.

  3. I love seeing this; exemplifying how hard you have to work to get the success you have obtained. It’s 90-something out today and as I dropped my son off for two hours at preschool this morning, other mom’s asked what I do to work out. I invited them to run or walk the sledding hill next to the preschool building with me as I was headed there. They laughed and said if that’s what they have to do be fit, they’ll pass. So many individuals take for granted the challenges you face, the determination it takes, and the sacrifices you make to be successful in anything. I hear “you’re so lucky to be thin” all the time. They don’t know that my husband missed my entire pregnancy and the first year of my son’s life as he was overseas, that my son has a severe special need, or that I had a double mastectomy/hysterectomy. They only see what appears to be easy. Thank you for showing both sides of the coin. By doing so, I truly believe it will inspire individuals to put the work in–even if it means not getting a vacation at this season in life–to obtain your goals, whatever they may be. God bless your purpose in life; you’ve truly changed the world.

I am so glad you do, you are the first people to reach me at the level I needed to take those first steps in my own transformation. I am happy you’re doing what you do and even more inspired that you do this AND balance your relationship and family too.

  5. What interests me most is how I can make my fitness and dieting fun! I am 50 years old, and have made a commitment to myself to eat healthy for myself and my two girls (18 and 20)! I started June 30th and have lost 6 pounds through using the BBQ (which I was scared in lighting for years), roasting and eating raw! I have been going by Chris’s analogy of drinking half of your body weight in ounces and it works. So I would love to learn more about fitness and dieting. Many thanks! Karen………….
