    I Bought the book “Choose More, Lose More for live” and I’m very excited about it. This is the method for me and I will succeed in my loss weight and changing my live to the possitive.

    The DVD’s from Extreme makeover Weightloss edition Bootkamp 2013 would be a great help to me to do the exercises in a right in the right speed.
    You know, I’m living in Holland, the English language is not the problem, but the DVD is not for sale in Europe, so unfortunately only available in region 1 (US and Canada) and not in region 2 (Europe), as far as I could figure it out.

    Is it possible to obtain the DVD in Region 2 or will it be on the European market soon? It would be great!!

  3. Hi Heidi: I LOVE this dvd!!! Was excited to see you on it too! My question is can I do this every day with one rest day a week or do I need to rest a day after doing it. Thanks!

  4. My husband and I are starting the carb cycle program. I noticed on Chris’s smart foods list that most of my favorite fruit is listed under smart carbs. Are there any fruits I can eat on low carb days or should I only eat fruit on high carb days? Thank you for your help. You and Chris are an inspiration!
