Hello, I was hoping to post to win the autographed signed book. I am loving your page though and have printed out some recipes, also I downloaded your free app yesterday and plan to start tomorrow. I am going to attempt to make sum substitutions in place of things but I think I did get the jest of the diet. I was planning to audition for the show but it was closed. 🙁 I really needed a jump start because I have let myself go to almost 400 lbs. It is sad. So hopefully having you as a community support, will assist me. I recently had a knee injury (my knee cap is displaced) so exercise has been tough. I also work nights as a RN so the change of pace has been difficult. Just a lot of ups and down in my life and attempting to stay positive, and your show has helped. It is different from biggest loser in that it isn’t a competition and it is to assist people. I think that is what I need. I don’t want to compete with anyone but myself. I am going to check out your DVD next though… It might help with at home exercises.. thank you christina
