I like the thought of this DVD being several workouts for different levels of fitness, and learning about building them up as you progress, sounds good.

I love Chris and Heidi Powell and I watch the show every week. It’s definitely an inspiration in my life. I’ve struggled with weight for a while and I have finally found an eating program that is helping and I’ve lost 55 pounds thus far. This is a perfect tool for losing weight and getting in shape. I cant do one normal push up but Chris taught me I can do “baby” push ups and I feel great doing them! I would love to have this video to help me in my weight loss journey to lose 105 lbs.
