  3. I have really been inspired by Chris and his Extreme Weight Loss program, and now that I’ve discovered your blog, I am a fan! I really appreciate everything you do and thank you for sharing your family with me. I have recently kicked off my own exercise/diet regimen and am hopeful I will finally have success. I have 7 children of my own and managed to lose the weight between each one until the last two and hit my 30s. Now I’m in my 40s and still hanging on to the weight, but NO MORE! 🙂
