  1. Thankyou for posting these. I waswondering how to make an easy protein cookie last week that I didn’t have to make a bunch at a time. I looked at my self two weeks ago and said oh no this is not happening at 245 pounds. I have lost 7 pounds so far since last saturday. You two are an inspiration.

  2. do you have a cookbook? I need to loose weight so bad. I am 62 and weigh 270, I am at a point in my life where I am so sick of this weight ad just can’t get with it. Six yrs ago I was 165 lbs and so disappointed in myself with what I’ve gained. I have always had a weight problem in my adulthood, but I have got to do something

  3. Okay so can I ask what kind of protein is used in the Powell Protein Powder. After seeing this I tried the recipe with the protein powder that I had on hand which is a high quality whey isolate and it turned out quite disgusting. As protein powder can very so much I’m wondering if you can clarify what types of protein powders this would work with and perhaps give an estimate in grams as to how much would be in one of your scoops? I know, I’m a pain in the butt!. This recipe sounds so simple and awesome though that I really want it to work : ).

    1. Some of the other commenters are sharing other types of protein mixes they’re trying. It can also vary depending on the liquid in your egg. See Vemma.com/bode for supplement fact sheets. It has a combination of ingredients.

  4. I made your cookies and they turned out great. I didn’t have your protein powder so I used Muscletech Premium Whey Protein Vanilla and it came out to 226 calories for the two cookies and I also make my own Almond butter and they came out to 27g of protein for the two cookies. Thanks for the recipe Heidi. Definitely a keeper. Great episode last night.

  5. Is the protein powder readily available in stores or do I have to order online? I’m going to try these for my daughter’s volleyball team. It’s always a challenge to find quick, tasty eats that help them sustain their energy during games and especially tournaments.
