  1. Hi! My goal is for my husband and I to become fit and healthier (like we were at the end of last year). We’re still newlyweds (just celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary). I guess we’ve gotten too comfortable with each other and out of our healthy eating and workout routine! But it’s time to get back to our old, fit & heathy selves!

  2. I started SOS 13 weeks ago and am down 30 pounds already. Program finished early January so my goal for 2015 is to have the tools- mentally and physically to do it on my own for ME!

  3. My goal for 2015 is to reach my goal weight. I have been on a journey for almost a year and I will get to my 175 pounds lost.

  4. Hi Heidi! Love following you both, I was just getting ready to learn more about carb cycling and figure out which cycle would fit best for me. I’m a single, working mom that has let my healthy lifestyle fall by the wayside lately. Ready to get back in kick ass shape and be the good example for my girls. Not a whole lot of weight to lose, maybe 10 lbs, but need energy back and confidence with my body again. I know how good it feels to be in that zone and I’m missing it!!! Thank you:)

  5. 2015 goal is to just keep running!!! I’ve been working out with a trainer for about 7 months now and added running on the side, and have loved the energy and results. It’s helped me bounce back from having my daughter and I’m so motivated! Thanks Heidi, for being an inspiration to moms that strive to be healthy! 🙂

  6. my 2015 goal is to get stronger … My plan is to age well and be strong so I can continue to do the things I love as long as Iive. living life to it’s fullest

  7. My 2015 goal is to become stronger. I have always been lean but would like to be more toned. In order to accomplish this goal, I would like to have a goal of working out / going to the gym 3-4 times a week. Eventually, I would also like to run a half marathon so hopefully building muscle and becoming stronger can help me meet this long term goal.
