  1. I have to get healthy in 2015! I am 44 and graduating nursing school in March 2015! My dad and brother both past away young. Now is my time!!

  2. I am desperate to make 2015 my year to improve me. I need to be consistent on excerse and making better food choices. I got your /Chris’ book for my bday and am reading it. I’m ready!

  3. My goal for 2015 is to really work on my nutrition! It has always been such a struggle for me. I stick with clean eating about 3-4 weeks and then just fall off the wagon! Also I want to continue to get stronger and more confident in the gym. I am sometimes very self conscious, always thinking I can’t do a certain lift or I am not strong enough.

    1. Your post totally reminds me of me and my struggles! Not sure why, but your post totally stopped me and I felt like I needed to say something. Guess if nothing else, I wanted you to know there are others out there like you, fighting thru the self aware moments but still getting to the gym and pushing thru intimidating lifts! I am super excited for your successes in 2015. You are and will be better than the yesterday you! Go get’em!

  4. I started doing Carb Cycling after Georgianna was on Extreme Weight Loss. It inspired me. So far I’ve lost 30 lbs since the end of August. I have 100 more to go. My goal for 2015 is to get rid of some more weight, have sugery for a hernia and work out more.

  5. My 2015 goal is to get back on the fitness track that I got off of due to being pregnant or healing from c-section in 2014. Finally back in the gym this week and it hurts so good.

  6. My 2015 fitness goal is to be more consistent with exercise and to give myself more grace when I slip up with my diet.

  7. 2015 Fitness Goal: Defy all boundaries. Time to step up my game and become stronger than ever, crushing goals and challenges I never could have imagined possible!

  8. Growing up I have always been over weight. Last year I lost almost 50 pounds and with high school graduation and starting college this year I have gained it back. In 2015, I WILL learn how to manage attending college, start losing that 50 pounds again plus way more, and learn to love myself for the way God made me and enjoy this crazy road of life!
