  3. Hah hah! I’m a second-year culinary school student, so summer or not, I want to spend as much time in the kitchen as possible!

Having said that – this looks like a nice, simple dish. Though…I’d use bone-in chicken breasts because they don’t dry out like boneless, and toss in a squeeze of lemon and some chopped parsley at the end.

  4. So super easy to make! As a working mom of 2 this is perfect! We are adding broccoli! It is healthy and quick! We are eating well so our children do to. Its about a lifestyle the entire family is doing!

  5. I am new to your blog, loving the fitness and food section and all the recipes, im always looking for new healthy recipes to try to get away from the boring same meals. I myself am needing to loose approx 130lbs and I have tried different diets or life changes, to loose a little and then plataeu. Right now my husband and our oldest daughter are doing Atkins, but I am looking for recipes, recipes and recipes. I love Chris’ show I watch it for ideas and inspiration, I have bad knees that I cant kneel on or can send a sudden jolt if I land or shift my weight wrong, suffering from patella maltracking syndrome, so i watch for something I can do and not injure the knees worse. Sadly I also work over nights 10hr shifts so there is alot of sitting in my line of work, plus I have atleast a two hour drive round trip for work four days a week. But over all i need to loose this weight once and for all. Thank you for what you and Chris do to help so many people. You guys are amazing.
