  1. I love looking over your recipes I am always looking for inspiration and hints for eating better and moving more as a family. We have a blended family with 4 kids and both work full time. Its usually crazy and we don’t always have time to cook healthy meals and sit down all together so any quick easy (as in my hubby can start them for me) are perfect!

  2. I love reading your recipes. I eat clean, always eating by the motto if you can’t kill it or grow it, don’t eat it. I sometimes need some inspiration. Your food blog gives me that inspiration.

  3. I really enjoy your living blog because not only do you discuss what you and your fsmy are up to on a daily basis but you also continue to cheer on the clients from the show after their success and send them such meaningful heartfelt sentiments! It’s like you make each and everyone of them a part of your family not only during but after their transformation! You and Chris are truly inspiring people!

  4. Hi Chris,
I love to watch your programmes her in the uk as you are such a true inspiration to all that you meet. I have struggled with my weight for the most of my life and even although I have a Gastric Band I still find it very hard as my restriction is still being tweeked. I would absolutely love a copy of your book as I am desperate for a child of my own and being in my forties I feel that my dream may just be a dream now. I am due due go through another intense course of fertility treatment by the end of Oct this year and I’m not sure if your aware that before you go through it your weight must be 35BMI or below in the UK. I would really love to have this book purely for the reason that I would love to wake up in the morning to the sound of a baby in my room looking for the eternal love I can give.
