  1. I love the way you and Chris helps everyone to reach their goals in weight loss. When I am dwn I go back and watch all the espisodes that has aired on Extreme Weight Loss. Keep up the good work. Thanks so much for all the food recipes.

  2. Lost 54 from 3 years ago and am a self-proclaimed fitness fanatic. CrossFit 5 days a week and run 7 days a week, about 120 miles a month. I eat better but not great! Fresh produce and fruit, along with loads of water and protein shakes. I feel like my diet is boring and need an influx of support…new recipes and protein shake ideas???

  3. I have lost a lot of weight already, but I still have a long way to go. Cooking is not easy for me, and I eat way more processed foods than I should. Learning to possibly doing something new with chicken, that might taste good is a great thing for me.

  4. I took a look at the food section because I have been working on my meal plan and look forward to new recipes. After looking at the healthier 4th of July BBQ (It is past the day obviously but I love BBQs), I am excited about trying the deviled eggs. I love deviled eggs! I have used Greek yogurt for a lot of other things (ranch dressing, dip with carrots, substitute for ricotta (with Parmesan and mozzarella) in lasagna to name a few) but have never thought to use it with my favorite BBQ side dish. Thank you!!!
