  1. Food because I hate to cook. I need to know if the receipe is a low or high carb. Hoping the book tells. Post your simple food recipes each night and make them simple. Hoping to win the book. Would be awesome.

  2. I love the recipes!I live alone and used to eat mostly processed foods (I didn’t think I was worth the time, money or effort for anything better) Now I have started eating REAL food and I make my own frozen meals. Not only are they healthier but they taste great too! Thanks for all the great recipes Heidi!!!

  3. Hello Heidi, I am on my weight loss journey & transformation. I’ve been overweight for a long time and I am tired of it. I’ve done diet after diet after diet, I was about to give up and I started reading Chris’s facebook page and reading his book. I am so looking forward to my journey.

  4. I recently lost 25 lbs and have another 250-275lbs to go so I love each and every blog or post from you, Chris and all of the great peeps that have been chosen to work with you both!! My favorite recipe is the garlic chicken as I LOVE anything with garlic! YUM! I love all of recipes as I don’t have a clue how to cook in a healthy way, if I did I wouldn’t have ballooned up to 450lbs! Love you guys!!

  5. I LOOOOOOVE this recipe! Or should I say…it looks so yummy! I cannot wait to try it! We eat a lot of chicken in my house, because none of us (me, hubby and 8 year old twins) eat fish of any sort. I love that this is made with yogurt (I never would have thought to try that!)
