If you?re like me, the last thing you want to do in the summer is spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Here is a simple dinner idea that require minimal ingredients, very little prep time, and it’s also very tasty and healthy. And, totally kid approved! You will seriously love this dish!
Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Makes 8 4-oz servings
What you need:
4 8-oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
How to Make Them:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and arrange the chicken breasts in the dish.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and spread over the chicken breasts.
3. Bake for 45 minutes.
What’s in Them:
For each 4 oz. portion of chicken: 161 calories, 4.5 g fat, 1.1 g carbohydrate, 28.75 g protein

I love your show Chris and watch it every week! I wish you had maybe a 3 mo. training session for me to tone up, learn to get better and lose about 10 good lbs. I have always had problems with my weight going up and down with thyroid, stomach problems and just had a pacemaker put in last April 3, 2013, so I would have to start at square one; used to exercise all the time and miss it; just need a trainer to push and guide me in the right direction! Thanks for all you do! You are great!

i don’t think i will win.when it come to contest i always lose. but when it come to keeping yourselve healthy you need to committed.books are good they guide you butyou need to do your part. for me i just cycle 4 or 5 days a week,control what i eat, if you going to cheat pick one day.for me are the weekend.i used to be 158 now iam 123 an so far for the passed 4 years i have keep it.
