  1. First of all I would like to say that your show inspires me so much. My Son and I are eating much better because of YOU Chris. We are getting out more and doing activities together. We love you. We are a low income family, but do our best to get nutritious foood. I would really love a copy of your book. Thanks.

  2. I love your recipes that you post! This is definitely one I am going to try. My family has went from a regular diet to a 99% gluten free diet in the past year. It has helped my family so much. Especially, my daughter who I have always suspected of a gluten sensitivity from birth! I was having thyroid problems and had recently read an article on gluten sensitivity with the thyroid. 2 months into the gluten free lifestyle and my thyroid is correcting itself, I have more energy, and I dropped 40 pounds! Of sourse, I exercise too! I am always looking for new ideas. Thank you so much for your posts! Garlic parmesan chicken is on our dinner menu this week! I love when I need a fresh idea for dinner that I can just look at your posts!

  3. LIVING for me! Love watching how you both change so many people’s lives. I faithfully watch Extreme Makeover every week and could only wish to ever be so lucky. I save my favorite episodes to refer back to when I need some extra motivation! In the last 2 years I have lost 80 lbs and am continuing to work towards my goals. I’m choosing to LIVE for my daughter and family. You’re both a HUGE inspiration to those of all sizes! Looking forward to watching as you both inspire and touch people’s lives. xoxo

  8. I now follow you on fb and instagram. This is the blogpost that interests me most, because like you, I’m a busy Mom. The thing that brings me the most joy right now, as well as the best time spent with my children, is making a meal that we can all sit down and enjoy. Sometimes I don’t get to enjoy it with them. But I love when they call out, “Mom, what’s for dinner.” I am interested in providing them healthIER options, and this recipe is a nice healthIER one that I am going to make for dinner tomorrow night. Thank you Heidi Powell!
