  1. This is a wonderful recipe! Can’t wait to make it and perhaps make a mango or some type of clean chutney to go on top. I have ms and Epstein Barr so I eat very clean and very healthy…no junk in our house.

  2. I love the whole blog, but I’d have to say the “Family” section is my fave. It is so endearing and refreshing to bear witness to a celebrity couple who keeps it real. For example, your “35 Reasons I Love You” section was great, complete with Chris playing piano for you amongst the toys and baby gated area! You could feel the authenticity through the screen! I looked around my house, scanning the toys, laundry and unfinished dishes and thought to myself, “these guys are my kind of peeps!” I love the show, and maybe I’m a sucker, but both you and Chris seem very “what you see is what you get”. You guys have such a genuine kindness about you. I pray that Hollywood never overtakes you and you guys will forever be a testament of what hard work and love is all about. God bless your sweet family and all your endeavors!

  3. I love reading your posts! I know we’re supposed to pick just one, but really it’s the combination of them all that make your site so appealing! I enjoy seeing the recipes and learning about healthier cooking options and I am inspired by the fitness posts to kick my workouts up a notch. I think learning about your family and how you’re a mom & wife make me feel like you’re a REAL person… just like all of us. 🙂 If you can keep all this together and still make time to take care of yourself, all of us can! Thanks for all the motivation & inspiration to be healthy! Would love to win this new book! Pick Me!!! 😉

  4. I actually picked This one! I love finding new recipes that are yummy yet healthy too!

  5. I get bored of cooking the same meal but I love cooking! I would like to eat pasta in the most healthy way possible. .with a recipe book, you can make better choices and know you are doing the right thing! You just can’t go wrong! Thank you a bundle for caring enough to make this book for people who struggle with making good choices! I hope I can get one:)

  6. I am 34 and have struggled with my weight all my life. I enjoy each episode I can manage to see and have been trying to put the things I see into practice. I would love to have the same chance some of the men and women you both have helped but have no clue how I could financially manage. Even if I were to not win an autographed copy of Chris’s book I will be purchasing one. Thanks for the opportunity and encouragement I get from watching these awesome transformations.

    Yours truly,

    Sara Van Der Linden

  7. I would love to win this book! I have followed Chris from the start of the Biggest Loser and now Extreme Weightloss! He is an inspiration to me and that there is light at the end of the tunnel for me, that I can lose this weight. I have 30 lb s I want to lose. Again, it would mean a bunch to win this book! Learning to eat cleaner is a big step!! Thanks for being you! Heather

  8. Really, all four of those topics is what I want to work on. I want to work on cooking healthier meals for my family. Figuring out a fitness routine to get me moving and staying active. I know I would be the example to my family to help them live a healthier life as well. Living a healthier more active life style is my goal and I would love any help I can get. Thank you!

  9. Fitness, I want to exercise for my own health but most important to be a role model for my kids for them to make exercise part of their daily activities.
