  2. Heidi: Thank you for sharing all of your ideas and encouragement. I am so delighted to see you and Chris and your beautiful family doing well! I have been waiting here in Washington a very long time to be picked by Chris to undergo a transformation. I dream about and pray about hearing the words “I choose you” so that I can help my son Gabriel and help others on reservations and communities where so much of what you teach needs to be shared. I guess in the final analysis I need to choose me before my time runs out. Thank you for all you do for so many people. You are such an inspiration and blessing to our world. 6. Hello from Iowa 🙂
I’m on my journey to lose 75 pounds… For me the hardest thing is knowing what to eat. It seems that whenever you turn on the TV whether it be the news or a talk show there’s always a new diet that’s supposed to be the best, or something that we shouldn’t eat and then the next week it’s good for us. It gets very confusing knowing which foods or which plan is the best to follow with all of the conflicting information. I have given up several times because I’ll tell a friend or family member what I’m doing and they will tell me that I shouldn’t the following that plan… I should be doing XYZ.

I love the posted recipe and I will be definitely trying it. I also need to work on working out but I feel like I should get my eating plan in order first. I absolutely love your show it is so motivational. I have also loved the Facebook posts showing which exercise to do during the commercial breaks…. PS: I have lost 17 pounds so far
