  4. Your blogs with yummy gluten free recipes. I have been struggling to lose weight for a couple of years now. I am marathon runner, I have always tried to eat healthy but my weight just keeps going in the wrong direction. My Dr.recently discovered I have a hig. antibody count which is causing my normal hormones to fail. He put me on a gluten free diet. I was really depressed thinking of everything I would have to give up. Your recipes have encouraged me and helped me see that gluten free does not have to bland and boring. I have passes the two week mark of gluten free and feel so much healthier.

  8. I love your blog, but I am really interested in the Food section of your blog. First, because its often difficult to come up with simple, healthy options for dinner and you make it fun, creative, easy and tasty! Also, because I really like the “What’s in my fridge” post because we know you are healthy and but now we can see what you keep in there too! Plus It gives me ideas of what I should be keeping stock of in my fridge. It’s nice to know you are real people eating real food! Maybe you can do a follow up with ” What’s in my pantry?” LOL

  9. Hi Powell Family,
My name is Candice Quilty and I am 28 years old. I went thru a difficult couple years with work, life, you know. Well, I found yoga and it saved me. It had showed me how to listen to my body and see what I need or might not need. I found out gluten free was a smart choice, I am seeing if dairy free might be another. Well, the reason I am writing to you because I decided to get my certification as a yoga instructor so I did. And now I am wondering who I want to teach, I love your show and what you do and how you help others and that is what I want to do. Maybe hopefully our paths will cross and maybe I can help you help others change there lives! Thank you for taking the time to read this!
    Thank you
