What’s for Dinner? Garlic Parmesan Chicken

If you?re like me, the last thing you want to do in the summer is spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Here is a simple dinner idea that require minimal ingredients, very little prep time, and it’s also very tasty and healthy. And, totally kid approved! You will seriously love this dish!

Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Makes 8 4-oz servings

What you need:
4 8-oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

How to Make Them:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and arrange the chicken breasts in the dish.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and spread over the chicken breasts.
3. Bake for 45 minutes.

What’s in Them:

For each 4 oz. portion of chicken: 161 calories, 4.5 g fat, 1.1 g carbohydrate, 28.75 g protein

So many people come to you for help and are truly broken inside and you instill a sense of confidence where there had been none, determination & self worth in these people who now cannot imagine their lives without you. I too have struggled with my weight all my life and currently follow Weight Watchers. I know it is not easy, and it’s something you need to follow for the rest of your life. You get out of it, what you put into it. For me, I want to be the best of me that I can get, and 1 short year ago, I couldn’t walk for 10 minutes without becoming tired and short of breath. I am not up to 7 kilometers ( approx. 4.5 Miles) now and am working my way to 10kms. Walking really makes all the difference in how I feel, having Fibromyalgia, and it keeps me flexible and relieves pain. This is a lifelong battle those of us struggling with a weight problem have, and I am so very glad we have you and Heidi Chris! You guys are truly an inspiration!! I would really love a copy of your book, and pray that your contest is open to residents of Canada!! Halifax, Nova Scotia!! Thank you for everything you do Chris Powell.
