  1. Looking forward to making this recipe!
Great motivational page! I Enjoy yours and Chris’s Facebook updates!:)

  2. I love your family and am so excited for you being pregnant! So, I also love your “family” tab on your blog! I have an 11 month old myself and get super excited when women are pregnant! At first I had no idea that your blended family was “blended.” A picture that Chris posted of him and Marley a while ago on her birthday was so sweet and they looked exactly alike! The same exact smile! That just must mean he was meant to be in your life! I also love the Powell Pack videos. You are both so inspirational! I flew with my baby for the first time last month and was so nervous. I had asked you for advice since you travel with your family a lot and someone from your team was gracious enough to message me back. It was a total success and it was a great experience to be able to fly with my baby! I hope you are feeling well and congrats on your soon-to-be bundle of joy!

  3. You both are such amazing people. I think of you both throughout my day when I am preparing meals or doing a workout i think to myself what would the Powell’s do lol I love watching Extreme weight loss and following you both on FB it helps to keep me motivated. Thank you so much!

  4. Thank you for your blog! It is is hard to get inspired but your blog helps me go in the right direction! Thanks again, Heidi!

  5. Just want to say how inspirational Chris’ show is to me. it keeps me motivated to keep my weight off. I’ve gone from 355 to 188 and have also had skin removal surgery. It is a daily struggle continue the lifestyle that will keep me healthy and happy. I love it when he brings people to your home because it shows how passionate you and Chris are and how you care so deeply for those people struggling to live.

  6. Thank you Chris Powell for opening my eyes to the science behind how our body’s work. I have been dieting on and off (mostly on) for more than 30 years and never understood how our body’s processed calories and the importance of eating enough nutrients each day. I FINALLY GET IT!! I love to watch you each week as you challenge and encourage others on Extreme Makeover. You truly are changing America, one person at a time. I enjoy the FOOD section on the blog. Variety is important in many areas of our lives, so the more healthy recipes I have the more able I am to succeed. I have always had a passion for cooking, but it was not in a healthy way. Now, I am using the tools provided by you and your wife to learn a new way of preparing meals and hopefully teach my children how to make good food choices too. So you are not only helping this generation, but generations to come. Thank you….thank you

  7. This looks amazing – can’t wait to make this – you and your husband are so amazing – I wish you guys lived with me to kick my butt every day

  8. I love reading the posts that Chris leaves ..because he always has something motivational to say. Even though sometimes they are quotes from other people..becasue Chris put it on Facebook..it gives the words more power because i trust Chris and i believe that he could make a difference in my life.;and i know that he cares enough to not give upon me. Something i have a hard time not doing. I have gained and lost weight many times. I just want to feel beautiful again and have energy again so i can play with my daughter. I feel like just reading Chris’s words would encourage me to get that drive back in my life to reach my goal of 145 pounds and to never give up.
