  1. Would you ever consider helping a person like me..I will be 59 years old in December. I have been battling weight problems all my life, I have lost and found over 1,000 lbs and so sick of this. I have had the lapband surgery and it did not help. If I stay with 3 protein drinks and 1 meal a day, I did very good but got very bored with that. I did watch the show last night and I’ll start trying again and I have to realize I am worth it but just wished I could get the knowledge to get this weight off and keep it off. I am the lowest I have ever been 213 but would just love to see 140..I just want to look good and feel comfortable in my own skin. I missed your chance to get your book…but would just love the opportunity to hear your opinion on what I can do and how can I get and keep this weight off.

  2. I need Chris Powell’s help please. I am 57, out of work 4 years, and weigh appx 300 pounds. I suffer from arthritis, and other health issues, cannot afford a gym membership. Need to go to a health rehab or some kind of place to become who I should be.

  3. I am late posting here for the book -but thought I would anyway! I follow you on facebook & now twitter. I can only click on the links about me, food & fitness above – the living and and family link don’t work for me. I like to hear about fitness. It is inspirational to me.

    thanks.
