  4. I follow you on Facebook and Twitter. I truly admire what you and Chris are doing. I am just begining my Carb Cycling journey. Your recieps will make my journey more tasty. Two quick suggestions? 1. Can you identify on the recipe if it’s a high carb or low carb recipe? 2. Is there a button you can add that will let the reader print the recipe? Just a thought.
Thank you for your passion. I wish you and Chris much happiness and success.

  5. Just want to congratulatee how you handle your show. You are such a caring, personal trainer. You hurt, when the contestants hurt, you are happy when they are happy. God Bless you and family, and can’t wait to see the next shows.

  6. I love this recipe! Thanks! for sharing it. I have been on a journey of my own to lose a lot of weight and having a low metabolism was my biggest struggle. I have done so much better and finally under 200lb. I lost about 45 lbs in a year but am continuing to reach my goal. At the moment I am 160lb but being a 5′ person it is still overweight. I hope to reach an ideal weight goal by the end of this year. 🙂
